When choosing this product, the price will depend on the situation on the power exchange: if the price on the power exchange decreases, your monthly payment will also decrease - and vice versa.

The smart meter records your consumption every 15 minutes, and the cost of electricity is calculated according to prices on the exchange. By adjusting your consumption to times when the price is lower, you can reduce your electricity costs.

The weighted average price is calculated by equating the Customer's 15 minute consumption to the relevant 15 minute price on the power exchange. Some of Latvian households do not have meters of the automatic electricity accounting system, which would allow to see the actual consumption by 15 minute intervals, therefore, in order to calculate the consumption in such a situation, Sadales Tīkls applies standard schedules. This means that until a "smart meter" is installed, the weighted average price per kilowatt hour will be the same for all customers, regardless of consumption.

BILLING IS BASED ON INVOICES issued based on actual consumption.

INVOICE PAYMENT DATE: By the 20th of each month.
