Group and history

AS AVH Grupp is an Estonian capital-based company that unites several enterprises into a single consolidated group. Our core business operations are conducted through AS Alexela and its subsidiaries, including SIA Alexela in Latvia.

Energy is the heart of our operations, represented by AS Alexela, which provides modern and sustainable energy solutions.

Additionally, AS AVH Grupp holds a stake in B2G Grupp OÜ. Although it is not part of our consolidated group, this partnership allows us to maintain a presence in other strategically important sectors, such as metalworking, industry, and oil shale chemistry.

We take pride in our broad scope of activities and clear strategic direction – developing sustainable solutions for the energy and industrial sectors across the Baltics and globally.

We provide the power

We recognize that as a large-scale enterprise, we play a vital role in the economies of Estonia and Latvia, as well as in the lives of the local communities. Therefore, we proudly support culture, education, sports, and charity – fields that build a strong and cohesive society.
Our goal is to make the world a better place. Join us – let’s do it together!
