FLEXIBLE is an electricity tariff with a fixed price for one month, allowing you to maintain cost predictability without long-term commitments. The price remains unchanged throughout the month but is updated for each subsequent month according to the market situation.

Unlike the exchange tariff:

  • The price of the FLEXIBLE tariff does not change every 15 minutes;
  • There is no need to track exchange price fluctuations or adjust your daily routine to save on market price swings;
  • You know in advance how much electricity will cost for the following month;
  • The price per kWh is stable throughout the entire month, regardless of short-term market fluctuations.

The FLEXIBLE tariff is suitable for those who:
•   do not want to take on exchange price risks;
•   do not want to be tied to a long-term contract;
•   want a balance between price stability and market benefits.

The price of the FLEXIBLE tariff for the following month is published on the 1st of the previous month, allowing you to plan your household electricity expenses in advance.

It is not possible to change your tariff retroactively. If you wish to change your tariff, the new tariff will take effect on the first day of the next calendar month.

The prices for previous months of the FLEXIBLE tariff are publicly available on the Alexela website, ensuring transparency and providing the opportunity to compare price trends.
